Refund Policy

At Dzoom Studio LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services for your special events. Due to the nature of our work and the planning involved, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

1. Deposits and Booking Fees

All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. These fees secure your event date and cover the initial administrative and scheduling costs. Once the deposit is received, the date is reserved and cannot be booked by other clients.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you decide to cancel your service after booking:

• More than 60 days before the event: You may be eligible for a partial refund of any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

• 30–59 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total contract amount will be charged.

• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued, and full payment may still be required.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their event date subject to availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least 30 days in advance, and may incur additional fees. If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy will apply.

4. Cancellation by Dzoom Studio LLC

In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, natural disasters), we will:

• Make every reasonable effort to find a qualified replacement.

• If no replacement can be arranged, issue a full refund, including the deposit.

5. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to pzamoraq@hotmail.com and must include your full name, event date, service(s) purchased, and reason for the request. We will respond within 10 business days.

6. No Refund for Delivered Services

No refunds will be issued once the service has been rendered or the final product (e.g., photographs, videos, or other deliverables) has been delivered and accepted.

7. Force Majeure

Dzoom Studio LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God. In such cases, rescheduling may be offered when feasible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This website is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States of America. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this website shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Maryland, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply.
