Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payments The event date is secured with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the event. 2. Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing. The initial deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, 50% of the total contract will be charged. 3. Delivery of Materials Photos and videos will be delivered in digital format within 4 to 6 weeks after the event. If an album or edited video is included, delivery time may vary depending on the requested details. 4. Copyright and Usage Rights The photographer and videographer retain copyright of all media. Clients are granted a license for personal use only. Materials may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 5. Event Changes or Delays Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes to the event schedule or location. We are not responsible for missed moments due to delays outside our control. 6. Event Coverage Coverage includes the number of hours contracted. Additional hours will be charged separately. We guarantee the presence of at least one professional photographer and one videographer. 7. Weather or Force Majeure In case of extreme weather or force majeure events, we will work together with the client to reschedule or adjust services accordingly.
